What made you fall in love with 890 High Street?
Open floor plan, adjoining kitchen and family room, hardwood floors, back deck!

Please describe the renovation process of your home ...

My contractor installed a linen closet upstairs, installed walk-in closet, replaced basement stairs, replaced
two basement windows, installed new garbage disposal and refinished hardwood floors. Santa Fuel re-
placed oil tank. Contractor replaced water tank. Electrician replaced first floor light fixtures. Plumber re-
placed the three water faucets. Handyman replaced both toilets. Installed lattice on back deck and in-

stalled a portion of the back fence. Painted kitchen, hallways and upstairs bedroom. Painter painted house
and plan is to finish the outside trim before buyer purchase finalization. Replaced all appliances in kitchen
with GE stainless steel.

Will you miss the neighbors?

Chatting with the neighbors, sitting on the
front porch greeting the neighbors who

walk by. The relationships we built here
will stay with us forever.

What makes your property special?

I love the layout and I’m not sure I can find
the same in a new home! This is truly a
remarkable find.
