TOP 10 THINGS WE

         WILL MISS

About life at 177 Church Street

1- I just love our sunlit kitchen…in the center of everything…. the Living Room, Dining Room,
Playroom/ 1st Floor Bedroom…truly the hub of the household! Whether preparing for holiday
gatherings, everyday meals or baking cookies with the kids, the oversized island offers plenty of space
for prep work while still allowing family or guests to sit and enjoy time together. The house is also
south-facing and gets an enormous amount of light through the living room and dining room
windows which is wonderful for my plants.

2- My raised bed gardens in the sundrenched back yard. From mid Spring to Fall each year I grow
organic zucchini, watermelon, cucumbers, tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries, kale and tons of herbs
which I use in meals. The bakckyard is also great for celebrating Thanksgiving tag football games with
friends and family. Made for a perfect day of laughter and bonding for kids and grownups alike. It was
also a great space for the kids to practice sports.

3- Watching the snow fall while sitting by the wood burner fire in our warm and cozy living room. We
love this room all seasons... enjoying the beautiful birds in the spring, seeing the foliage change in
         autumn.

4- Entertaining! So many spaces! The kids would hang with their friends and play games in the play
room, watch movies while the grown ups chatted in the living room by the fire and the dining room.

5- The location! A quiet residential neighborhood... yet we are so close to both downtown White
Plains where we love to go to dinner or see live music. We utilize the city more than we would if we
         were farther away!

6- The schools... The kids enjoyed the teachers, their peers, sports, music and theatre.

7- The in-law apartment separated from the main living area. This was perfect as we used it many
ways. The small room was used as a bedroom with the larger living space, it was a playroom for the
kids (with a perfect au-pair area right nearby). It offered us so many options!

8- Movie night... or a great game... on the big screen TV in the spacious family room. Plenty of space
for everyone to hang out together as a family!

9- The neighbors! Everyone enjoys their privacy but watches out for each other too! It is a close-knit
neighborhood with lovely families who really care about each other! A mixed group of age groups
which makes it even more perfect.

10- The outdoor living space. Whether enjoying the huge deck, al-fresco dining, long chats and
roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, catching fireflies in the backyard, snowmen in the front yard or
gardening... it really has been paradise.
