Why are you moving?

We have put so much love and time into updating and maintaining our home. It will be very
hard to leave, but we just do not need this much space anymore. We are ready to pass the
baton onto the next buyer who will love this location, the property and the home as much as
we have.

Did you ever consider putting in a pool?

Yes, we even had a pool company come out but we decided to use the Rye Playland Pool not
too far away instead.

Is it a friendly neighborhood?

Absolutely. Our neighbors are all fabulous! The first day we arrived at this house, two of our
neighbors had left small welcome notes in our mailboxes with their names and phone
numbers just in case we needed anything. Our neighbors directly across the street are so
handy and have helped with some of our projects. Our neighbors next door have several
children and our son quickly became best friends with their oldest child. There are many
other kids in the neighborhood as well. It's a great place to trick-or-treat in. Everyone
watches out for each other but it also is very private and no one interferes. A great mix of
people and not a bad apple on the street!
