TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE ON EDWARD STREET

1. We will miss sharing meals on the third floor balcony...particularly
dinner while watching the sun set.

2. Biking to the elementary school field with our 9 & 13 year old daughters
to let our dogs run free while the girls enjoy the playground then playing
catch on the field.

3. We will miss playing in the pool, sitting in the hot tub/spa and relaxing on
the patio enjoying the sounds of summer and the smell of fresh food grilling on
the gas fed grill.

4. We will miss cooking in the open kitchen while entertaing guests &
watching sporting events on TV.

5. Walking our dogs throughout the neighborhood exchanging conversation
with many of our neighbors frequently out doing the same with their dogs
and/or children.

6. We will miss the peace of mind of having our swimming pool right in our
backyard where we can easily see our children having fun from our kitchen,
dining and living areas allowing us to ensure they are safe.

7. Walking down to the beach on beautiful summer days to play bocce ball
& frisbee or relax and take in the sounds of people laughing and watching
the sailboats drift by.

8. Playing pickle ball, catch, and wiffle ball in the driveway & front yard.

9. Biking to Saugatuck sweet shop, the farmers market, ceramics studio,
Bodega, Starbucks and the outdoor stage to watch live performances.

10. Watching Independence Day fireworks taking place in multiple locations and
on the water from both balconies on the third floor, and being steps away from joining
many others celebrating on beach together.
