AN INTERVIEW WITH THE NAVINS
PROUD HOMEOWNERS OF 49 EDWARD STREET

WHAT ATTRACTED YOU MOST TO THE HOME WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT?

The location, we loved the idea of being able to walk to the beach to throw the ball or
frisbee with the kids, as well as bike to town and stroll along the Post Road.

                       WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We are spending more time in Florida than we used to and decided we don't need such a
                      large home in CT.

TELL US ABOUT SOME OF THE UPGRADES & DESIGN...DID YOU WORK WITH A
                       DESIGNER?

We did not work with a specific designer, but researched today's trends and styles before
choosing the fixtures, wallpaper and paint colors.

ARE YOU HAPPY YOU PUT IN A POOL? CAN YOU SHARE A BIT ABOUT THE PROCESS?

We are so happy we put in the pool. Our family and friends all enjoy it and we’ve
shared many happy memories in and around it. The process was long and arduous...as
expected...much easier to buy a home with a pool already installed!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ROOM TO SPEND TIME IN?

...for Michael & I - the office. With our children - the living area...we like watching movies,
cooking shows and Shark Tank. The kitchen/snack bar - we like to cook together and
talk. The dining area because we’ve played many games together there while eating &
shared lots of laughter. But also the third floor...we play games on the Wii like Just Dance
(again lots of laughter) & also have enjoyed lunch out on the top balcony as a family.

               DO YOU LIKE YOUR NEIGHBORS?

Yes, very much so. Everyone knows each other and feels like a close knit community.
