TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 1522 FAIRFIELD BEACH ROAD

1. Enjoying the expansive deck that overlooks the water and the natural scenery with no

houses across from our property. Feels so tranquil and private.

2. The beautiful views from almost every window!

3. Entertaining family and friends with boat rides followed by dinner on the deck.

4. Gorgeous sunsets with deep purples, oranges and pinks. Like none we have seen

elsewhere!

5. Love being so close to EVERYTHING! Our own private access to the beach and also

minutes away from four other beaches in the town of Fairfield! Plenty of variety if we

need a change of scenery.

6. Minutes to the train station with express trains the same time to NYC as traveling

from neighboring town.

7. We are outdoor people so have loved our landscaped yard which gives us more

privacy than the beach side but having access to the beach is the best of both

worlds!

8. Will miss kayaking, paddleboarding, jetskiing and boating. There had been an annual

float day when neighbors all float along the inlet and many tied together.

9. Will miss gardening in my beautiful space full of different varieties of plants.

10. Love the third floor decks both front and back of house. The water views are relaxing

and a great way to enjoy some outdoor time or read a book in a peaceful setting.
