WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 3051 MOREHOUSE HIGHWAY?

We were looking for a house that would accommodate our family of five without
being cramped, in a good school district and not a terrible commute into the city
for my husband. We saw this house online and thought it would be perfect. As
soon as we drove up the driveway, we knew this was THE house!

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We are moving because our three boys are in college and coming home less and
less. Although we still enjoy the space, it's no longer necessary. We would also
like to move closer to our family in Maine. My husband doesn't have to go into
the city every day now so if the commute is longer, it's not so bad.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?

We will definitely miss the community here. We've made many good friends
and have really enjoyed the Fairfield area.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...

We have felt like we have been living in a tropical paradise. In the summer,
it's beautiful. A variety of birds are singing, you hear the waterfall for the pool
and/or use the outdoor speaker system to play your music and lay out in the
sun. At night we enjoy the fiber optics, the moon lights and the hot tub as well.
Can't really justify going anywhere else.

WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SO SPECIAL?
Our property is special because it has many specimen plantings, it's private and
it's spacious.
