About life at 9 Banks Drive

1. We love the views walking on the driveway to get the mail or when we brought the kids
to the bus. The winter is particularly special as you can see the sunrise over the ridge
and look down to the meandering Saugatuck River.

2. Enjoying a roaring fire in the Family Room on a crisp fall or winter day, especially in
the beautiful stone fireplace. It has a propane gas starter, so getting the kindling lit is
so easy.

3. Relaxing by the heated pool and being in the peaceful setting…enjoying the beautiful
nature views and surrounding gardens. Depending on the time of day, you can be in
full sun or find some shade for easy reading or taking a nap.

4. From spring until fall, we have had many family meals on our screened-in porch with
crickets chirping, overlooking the pool. It is particularly beautiful when lit by candles
and string lights.

5. The Home Gym is one we use consistently…actually several times a day. And the family
loves to come over to use it too! It’s a great space because there is plenty of room for all
kinds of equipment, and there is so much natural light from both sides.

6. The amount of closet space in the house is fantastic! And strategically located on each
level. The large Pantry with the additional fridge is so convenient and only a few steps
from the kitchen. And the expanded storage and workshop in the lower level is perfect
for those that are interested in woodworking, painting and being creative!

7. We love living on a quiet cul-de-sac where we can take walks with the dogs and the kids
can ride their bikes without a worry. Our children attended Weston schools since
nursery school. Their closest friends are still from Weston and when two of our
children got married they had nursery school friends in their wedding party.

8. The Geo -Thermal HVAC system has made the house very efficient and cost effective
when it comes to fuel consumption. And it is very easy to maintain.
