9. Growing fresh vegetables in our protected garden and on our back patio has been so
wonderful. Those areas get incredible sunlight, and being able to literally go from
‘Farm to Table’... so delicious.

10. We love having plenty of room to host parties and family gatherings. Everyone has a
large, comfortable place to stay and sleep. Ping pong matches in the lower level and
family games in the playroom are always fun! And. there is plenty of parking area
behind the garage.

11. We intentionally located our children's play/study room to be close to the kitchen so
they would be near to us. We have also used it as a bedroom for our elderly parents
who prefer to stay on the main floor.

12. We love the location in central Weston so the children were close to friends/play dates.
For a small town, Weston offers so much - from cultural/art to music and nature
preserves. And,Westport beach stickers can be purchased at a discount for Weston
residents.
