SPECIAL FEATURES ACCESSORIES:

▪ Mirrors that are included with vanity sets (by the builder) will be installed. Any other hanging mirrors in
bathrooms will be provided by the buyers and installed by the builder
▪ All interior door handles will be polished chrome hardware, other options available upon request to builder
▪ All bath accessories including towel rings, towel bars, are provided by the buyer and installed by the builder.
This does NOT include specialty items- heated towel bar, etc…

INTERIOR PAINTING:
▪ Two coats of Benjamin Moore matte latex paint on all interior walls and ceiling.
▪ All trim and interior doors; Benjamin Moore semi gloss paint.
▪ One flat white coat in garage

LANDSCAPING, EXTERIOR, AND GARAGE:
▪ 2-car garage single overhead door insulated door, master brand garage door opener, window grills and
exterior key pad will be either Lift Master or Clopay brand.

▪ Includes final grading, raking and installation of seeding the entire property.
▪ Landscape shrubbery installed along foundation.

▪ FENCE: Builder will complete to match existing white vinyl fence and provide separation between units

▪ Contractor has brought in all utilities including city water, electricity & propane gas for cooking
▪ Home has city water & city sewer
