1. Privacy- beautiful mature shrubbery and tree lined back yard.

2. Pool- upgraded pool o ers the ultimate relaxation in the privacy of our
back yard.

3. Neighborhood- wonderful neighbors, quiet street, and proximity to New
Canaan/Norwalk amenities.

4. Family Room and Living Room areas- we hosted many gatherings with

family and friends and the open flow made it ideal for entertaining.

5. Amazing large Kitchen- I will miss my dream Kitchen where many cookies
were baked with grandkids and Thanksgiving dinners served!

6. Bar area- I will miss serving drinks to friends at dinner parties or frozen

drinks out at the pool!

7. Backyard- I will miss playing frisbee and having bonfires by the patio.

8. Convenience- I will miss how easy it was to maintain the home, not too

large and not too small, with room to expand in the Lower Level.

9. Home oƒce space- working from home since Covid in the sunny front
room is perfect and conveniently located by the kitchen.

10. Fireplace- I will miss cozying up in the Living Room by the fireplace on a
chilly night.
