We will miss about 47 Greenbrier Road

1. The whole house gets so much natural light. The sun rises in front of the home and shines through
the front doors, and then sets in back filling the Kitchen while creating a beautiful family dinner
setting either inside or out on either deck.

2. The location makes everything you need very close by. There's a variety of super markets, shopping,

entertainment, and highways that allow for easy access to everything without being directly on
Main Street.

3. The neighborhood and neighbors are wonderful! You can take walks with the family and feel safe
while your child is riding their bike next to you. The neighbors are the type you call when you need
a cup of sugar, your garbage cans brought out when you're out of town, or need someone to babysit
your children. They will say hi when they see you outside, but also give you privacy and let you be.

4. Outdoor space at this home is wonderful. The yard has been meticulously maintained for years, and

o†ers so much opportunity for entertainment. Plenty of space to play catch, set up cornhole, and
have a great barbeque with the huge two-tier deck.

5. We love the home layout with the staircase downstairs being open to below. O†ers the opportunity

to let kids and teens have their private space while also being able to keep an eye on them. Having
two rooms downstairs has o†ered a great o ce space that is away from the rest of the house-
creating a great work from home space- and a guest bedroom and half bath for guests to get some
peace and quiet while visitng.

6. The wood burning stove downstairs is a great addition to the home. It has provided us with a great
winter environment to hang out and be cozy. It is also a wonderful source of heat to supplement
winter utility costs.

7. The house is located in a wonderful school district, very close to Daniels Farm Elementary School,
Hillcrest Middle School, Trumbull High School, and St. Joseph's High School.

8. Some of our favorite summer memories involve watching the kids' little league games at Unity Park

on the weekends. So close to home and a great space for the kids to play!

9. Having access to the fantastic Trumbull recreational spaces like Beach Memorial Pool fill the
weekends with endless fun.

10. Playing pickup volleyball games with friends at Unity Park was always such a great way to socialize
and stay active.
