THE HOMEOWNERS
Q: What made you fall in love with the home?
A: The location in Trumbull was very central to all our essential amenities and the schools. We
loved the bedroom sizes and that there was a room for us to use as a guest room downstairs
which allowed our family from out of town to stay with us while having their own private space.
The separate office space has also been great for work from home opportunities. We've loved
our outside decks and yard space for play and entertaining. And the light that fills the home
creates such a wonderful and relaxing environment.
Q: Tell us about the renovation process.
A: Immediately upon moving in, we enlarged the backyard by extending the wall back about 10
yards with a new retaining wall.
Q: Why are you moving?
A: We'll be relocating out of town due to new job opportunities!
Q: Will you miss the neighborhood and neighbors?
A: Yes! Within one month of moving in, all the neighbors were introducing themselves and letting
us know the lay of the land. They are the types of neighbors who will gladly give you a cup of
sugar if you need it, but also leave you be to enjoy your privacy. The neighborhood is a great
place to take walks both for exercise or as a nice Sunday family stroll.
Q: Tell me about the grounds.
A: The woods in the back yard provide great views over the course of the changing seasons, and
provides some nice shade for children to play in.
Q: What makes your property so special?
A: The property's central location to everything, plus the outdoor space for our kids to run
around and play was very important to us. Our children spent many hours outside in that
yard, and we will miss it very much.
