I will miss about 241 Alberta Street

1. Coming home after a long day of teaching to a totally renovated home where
everything is new and fresh and clean.

2. Sitting on the back deck in the evenings under the mini lights. Whether

enjoying a glass of wine with friends or getting into deep conversations with my
boys, I look forward to these special moments every week.

3. Cooking for friends and family while they chat with me at the island. It is the
perfect size and design for entertaining and enjoying making new recipes.

4. The schools. I am a teacher and I am not easily impressed...I have had an
amazing experience with my two boys at each of the schools they attended.

5. Listening to the crackle of the wood burning in the fireplace on a winter night. I

love everything about having a fireplace...the romance, the ambiance, the smell,
the sounds.

6. The location! I love my quiet street and being centrally located. Close to
shopping restaurants, the Merritt, schools, parks...I just love it here!

7. The lower level is one of my favorite perks of this house. I have used it many

ways...as a bedroom for my son, a guest room for my parents when they visit
from California, a media room for the boys, and an o“ce during Covid. I love the
glass door at the top as it makes it feel more part of the home.

8. Having a fenced-in yard. It was so easy to just let my dog out when I didn't feel
up to going for a walk.

9. The neighborhood. Stratfield area is a special place. From the mom's night to

just people looking out for each other, I will miss the friendly vibe her.

10. The space. It may sound strange but this is absolutely the perfect size home.
When I first moved here I thought it might be small, but once I renovated and
took advantage of all the spaces, it is the perfect size!
