TOP 10 THINGS
YOU WILL LOVE
About life at 6 Buckboard Lane
1. The front yard offers an incredible sense of freedom. With the house set back from the road, we’ve
always felt safe letting the kids run out the front door to play. There’s a peacefulness to the space
with no traffic, no stress, just privacy, fresh air, and room to roam.
2. In the backyard, nature truly takes center stage. Whether it’s the vibrant colors of spring and fall or
the soft quiet of winter snowfall, the view from the deck is beautiful year round. We love sitting
outside while the kids play, soaking in the stillness and beauty that surrounds us.
3. The upper level bedrooms offer some of our favorite views in the house. From every window, you
can see gorgeous tree lines and a tranquil stream that winds its way behind the property. It feels
like waking up in a retreat every single day.
4. Our dog is in heaven here. With so much room to explore, he’s free to roam the yard safely, and we
never have to worry about traffic or busy roads. It’s been the perfect environment for a pet to thrive.
5. We feel lucky to live in such a tight knit, caring neighborhood. Everyone takes pride in their homes,
and there’s a real sense of community here. People wave, share resources, and are always
improving their properties. It’s a place where neighbors become friends.
6. The location couldn’t be more convenient. We’re just minutes from Route 15 and only about eight
minutes to I 95 and the Fairfield train station. Whether commuting or heading out for a weekend
adventure, everything we need is close by.
7. There’s a unique ease to living here. The property gives us privacy and space, yet everything feels
manageable and comfortable. It’s quiet and calm but still close to everything Fairfield has to offer.
8. Our kitchen has been a gathering place for the whole family. With its thoughtful design and
modern finishes, it’s a joy to cook whether we’re preparing holiday meals or just enjoying a casual
dinner together. Some of our best memories have been made around that island.
9. This home was truly made for entertaining. The open floor plan lets guests flow easily from the
kitchen to the dining and family room, and the expansive front and backyard make outdoor events
effortless. Whether hosting a summer barbecue or a cozy winter dinner, it always feels just right.
10. One of the most functional things about the home is how well the space is used. The finished lower
level offers nearly 600 square feet of flexible living space ideal for a media room, office, or play
space, while the garage, attic, and basement provide all the storage we’ve ever needed without
sacrificing comfort or design.
