 Sitting on our patio enjoying breakfast, lunch
and dinner for almost 8 months a year!
 Our view of the lighthouse that changes with
every season
 Watching the clam boats pass by at 7am and
3pm. Exactly. Everyday.
 Walking on the beach whenever the mood
strikes us.
 The simplicity of just walking down our path to
cool off on our own beach on a hot summer
day
 Watching the migrating birds at rest on the Long
Island Sound in the spring and fall
 Sitting by our fireplace on a snowy afternoon,
watching the water react to the weather
 Watching the colors change in the beach grass
as the cactus flower, yucca and other wild
species burst into color.

 The lights glowing across the water from Long
Island at night
 Watching storms/lightening pass miles away
across the Long island Sound
 Watching dozens of July 4th fireworks’ displays
