the festivities
 Hosting the FIRST Margaritaville “Happy Hour” of
the season every Friday of Memorial Day
Weekend for a hundred (new) Lordship friends.

 Having a water view from our offices while we
work.

 Our neighbors — who are always there when
we want to enjoy each other.

 The beach covered in white, with winter snow.
 Our annual Easter Egg Hunt with grandchildren
in the beach grass.
 Sundown beach cocktails anytime we want.

 The most magnificent sunrises possible- makes
being up super early almost worth it.

 My “General Store” (nicknamed by my mom)
that holds everything I could ever need.

 Walking down the beach to THE BEST Sunday
summer breakfasts on the patio at historic
Marnick’s.
 Our “Ghost Birds” — seagulls soaring at the
summer sunset with the rays’ reflection on their
wings that makes them look “celestial!” So
pretty and unique — have to be seen!
 Being able to say, “This is MY beach. I own it.”
