Q: What made you fall in love with this home?
A: This home has been in the family for over 30 years. We loved the Galloping Hill area and always
dreamed to raise our children in this neighborhood.
Q: Please describe the renovation process
A: Since we moved in, we always improved throughout the years and lovingly maintained our
property and home. We have shared a list of just a few of the handful of improvements done
throughout the years. This home is totally move in ready!
Q: Why are you moving?
A: As much as we love it here, we are retiring and looking forward to the next, exciting chapter
in our lives and seeing where life takes us next!
Q: Will you miss the neighbor/neighbors?
A: I will miss everything from the lifelong friendships we have formed, the shopping accessibility,
hiking trails, wildlife, amazing homes and surrounding neighborhoods to the ease of accessing
both the Merritt and I95. We will miss all out wonderful neighbors, who
are like family.
Q: Tell me about the grounds...
A: It has been a 21 year and continued process. We removed all problematic trees, professionally
landscaped and maintained this amazing property for 21
years. Our gardens are constantly evolving and blooms change throughout the seasons.
Q: What makes your property so special?
A: I believe our beautiful, flat manicured property along with our lovely house, sitting back
from the road, makes it an appealing special home. It is a retreat from the business of
everyday life.
Q: Anything else you'd like to share about the home?
A: We bought this house from our brother so it’s been in our family for 33 years. We have had
the same person tending to our lawn for 33 years, too! It has been the best home filled with
wonderful memories and lots of love! Whoever the lucky new owners are.. you will love living
at 1029 Galloping Hill!
