enjoy conversation around the 8-foot marble island which opens to the family room
and dining areas. It's also a great space to hide the mess!

4. Winter nights in front of the family room's gas fireplace that runs even when the
power is out!

5. The house is oriented so that natural light fills every room of the house.

6. Walking just up the street to the Farmers' Market which is held just outside the
Greenfield Hill Market every summer.

7. Baking cookies and gingerbread house competitions with the kids at Christmas
around the expansive kitchen island. So much fun.

8. Being only minutes away from downtown Fairfield to enjoy the excellent

restaurants and shops.

9. Catching a commuter train to all points south is so convenient. The Fairfield train
station is under 3 minutes by car.

10. Everyone loves to gather for a family Billiards competitions on the lower level whenever
we get together.
