TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 340 BEACH ROAD

                                           1. Sitting poolside over coffee with my wife, Maudie, in the peaceful
early morning, listening to the birds and watching the reflections from the
trees in the pool change view from master.

                                   2. The ease of entertaining; inside and out, whether for our neighbors, or for
family holidays, pre and post wedding parties, colleagues or a charity classical
                                  concert.

                                 3. All the fascinating walking routes and destinations like the university, the
beaches, the town center and the bocce and tennis courts in the park.

                                 4. The sense of privacy in the house and yard despite the proximity to so much
                                 activity.

                                  5. Our local grandkids ability to walk here after school from Tomlinson, Ludlow
and Prep and the friends they have brought with them.

                                    6. The ease of cooking and cleaning and the amenities to cater to a crowd in a
sunny kitchen we designed to make everything easy to reach.

                                    7. The constant color changes in the gardens from March through November.

                                    8. The views from the master suite, balcony and the guest bedroom/office,
that all overlook the revolutionary era cemetery and the marsh. Tracking the
progress of the moon through the arched clear story window in the master
                                   bedroom.

                               9. All the history surrounding us and the traditions of the historical district
                              neighborhood.

                       10. Our summer family staycation weekends, featuring as many as six adult-kids, assorted
spouses and eight grandkids and backyard tents with movies projected on the barn.
