TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 1615 CROSS HIGHWAY

1. Coming home after a long day and feeling a sense of relaxation the minute I
pull down my private driveway. I immediately unwind.

2. Sitting on the covered porch through all sorts of weather...keeping cool on hot days
or enjoying a summer shower and watching the sky change from light to dark

3. Summer parties..this kids would have all their friends over for pool parties and the
shed was the best clubhouse ever.

4. The Barn!! Whether using it as an office so I am away from "home" while at work or the
kids using it for their party barn, we have always loved our quintessential Connecticut
barn.

5. Being so close to downtown Fairfield and Westport...both offer great options for
shopping, the train or awesome restaurants.

6. The fabulous sunroom, I am always inspired to work in these sun-drenched rooms
with amazing views. We had it set up as a sitting room for a while and I enjoyed just
reading a great book on a rainy or snowy day.

7. The lower level...it is the perfect indoor playground for the kids. Painting, hockey,
soccer...we never had to worry about a thing. Rain or shine, they loved playing
downstairs!

8. My laundry room. So much space for everything ...so clean, neat and convenient!

9. The privacy...just sitting in the back yard watching the birds or enjoying relaxing by
the pool with no neighbors peering into the yard.

10. The whole package...our home has been warm, cozy and comfortable while still being so
spacious for the boys to have plenty of room to have their areas to play, do homework or just
hang around with friends.
