GET TO KNOW YOUR NEIGHBORS
JOHN LEVIN | 258 CHESTNUT HILL ROAD
It's so pretty here. Unlike many neighboring towns, Norwalk is diverse which we really
appreciate, and we really like our neighbors.
The kids can hop on their bikes and ride to IGA grocery, or to get pizza, or to Cranbury Park.
Running with our dog in the neighborhood is fun too. Cranbury Park is a gem!
We live right next door to the Rowlands, so we too are on Chestnut Hill Road. Because Chestnut
Hill Road is a state road, it gets plowed instantly as soon as there is snow, so the road is always
passable, and it connects directly to other major roads, so getting around on snow days is no big
deal for us.
MARK SCANLON | 249 CHESTNUT HILL ROAD
We love this area and often spend time socializing with a number of our neighbors.
What attracted us was lots of vegetation & lots of space, the friendly and helpful neighbors.
The kids are all "off the payroll", but look back fondly on having grown up here
The area has a comfortable, rural feel to it. Cranbury Market is nearby, and numerous national
retail entities (Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Lowes, Home Depot, Stop & Shop, movie theater
chains, etc) are all a comfortable drive away. Wilton Center is convenient, as are many excellent
restaurants. Easy access to I-95, the Merritt Parkway and Manhattan (via Metro North.)
GAIL MILLER | PUMPKIN HILL ROAD
I grew up here and have such wonderful memories of Cranbury School, West Rocks Middle
and Norwalk High. I have kept my friends from NHS forever. Gallagher’s estate (now known as
Cranbury Park) riding bikes on the side walk to the market so close by, going to Aquarium and
stepping stones with my family, fabulous summers at Calf Pasture Beach, playing mini golf and
the marina and then walking to see all the big beautiful boats, going to Wilton or Westport or
Norwalk for dinner…so many wonderful memories.
CLARA TAVERAS | 257 CHESTNUT HILL ROAD
The beauty, quiet and tranquil nature of our surroundings. The proximity to the amenities that the city
has to offer, shops, restaurants, train station. We have the best neighbors that we will miss dearly!
Our children love having the freedom and safety to roam and explore right in their own backyard.
