We will miss about 116 Princess Pine Lane
1. We will miss the privacy and tranquility of living at 116 Princess Pine Lane. We loved
sitting out on the patio and watching the kids practice their cannonballs in the pool!
The relaxing waterfall eect of the Koi pond will be missed when we have our backyard
barbecues.
2. We will miss the holidays at home when we would all sit in the family room and watch
the snow fall from the large picture windows.
3. We really created the spaces in this home for entertaining, there is so much space to
spread out and yet everyone is within reach. No matter the season, indoor or outdoor,
we will miss the parties we had with all our friends and family and the delicious
cocktails poolside in the summer!
4. We will miss the private grounds. The extra land we have in front of the home oers
so much potential for an in-law cottage or tennis court. Our boys loved riding ATVs
through the woods- we have created amazing trails! It is nature's playground... truly a
great space to walk and explore!
5. We will miss relaxing in the outdoor spa after a long day at work with a glass of wine.
6. We will miss our primary bedroom oasis. Sitting in our cozy reading nook by the
fireplace on chilly nights together is one of our favorite pastimes!
7. We will miss our fabulous steam shower and soaking tub in the primary bath. Having a
home based spa retreat is so great after a stressful day!
8. We will miss having our trainer work with us right from our own home gym. The
convenience of having it right at home makes it easier to stay in shape!
9. We will miss playing pool with each other in the game room while the kids compete in
ping pong downstairs in the lower level!
10. We will miss having breakfast and cozy coee conversations in our spacious eat in
kitchen. We will sorely miss this amazing home but are ready for our next adventure
down south.
