Q: Why are you moving?

A: We are moving to south Florida to our other home full time. We absolutely love this home and
neighborhood, but our kids have grown up and we want to ultimately be closer to family and
downsize. This is so bittersweet for us as we have loved this home for almost 13 years!

Q: Tell us about the neighborhood.

A: This neighborhood and street is fantastic. We love that we have privacy here from our neigh -
bors but still have a nice community feeling. All the neighbors are very friendly and being at
the end of a dead end street makes for a safe environment for the kids to play and plenty of
parking and privacy when we have parties. The bonus of living in this location is we are so
close to shopping yet we have 2.5 acres of land and so much space! We loved it here!

Q: What made you choose this home over others to buy?

A: This location is so centrally located. We loved that we were in Greenfield Hill for the large

property and privacy but also that we are closer to town amenities like shopping, Lake
Mohegan for swimming and trails, as well as the metro station to NYC which is only 10
minutes away. We also absolutely wanted a pool and spa, and this home offered the ideal
set up for that! We loved the extra large garage space for our cars and ATVs. The spacious
and open layout of our home really lends itself well to entertaining. We loved that the
family room is the heart of the home and indoor outdoor living is exemplified here in this
home versus others we saw. Quality is important to us and this home is a wonderful place.
