1. Sitting in the hot tub on a clear night, listening to the soothing

waterfall.

2. Feels like a true "staycation" with the beautiful outdoor patio and
pool area on a hot summer day.

3. We love the game room! So fun to watch a game with surround sound
while playing pool/darts.

4. Sitting by the fire pit on a cool fall day or night, roasting marshmallows
or enjoying a glass of wine.

5. The peacefulness of the fantastic neighborhood. Going for a walk or
run is so easy!

6. This house is so easy to entertain in, whether inside or out. The
kitchen and dining room can easily accommodate friends and family,

from an intimate dinner party to a large crowd.

7. Working in the home office is so convenient. In the spring and fall,
it's wonderful to open the French doors and enjoy the covered veranda
and view the pool and waterfalls.

8. The spaciousness of the laundry room! It truly is a joy to have such a
large space with storage and organizers for the family.

9. The warm tile in the master bath on your toes on a cold day. This space

is so comfortable with an oversized shower, private commode and two walk-
in closets.

10. Getting to shopping and highways is so easy; Also, taking back roads brings us
right into Westport and the Metro North train station for NYC access.
