WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 2 VONA WAY?

We had this home custom built, so we were able to be involved in every aspect of construction and detail. The
neighborhood is wonderful for for families. Kids can ride their bikes, many walking. Its not a cut through area with
cookie cutter homes

PLEASE DESCRIBE THE RENOVATION PROCESS ...

In building the home we focused on millwork details and the flow of the layout. We wanted a home that worked
with day to day life as well as entertaining. Our family grew into the home as our children got older.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR DECISION TO PUT A POOL IN?

Honestly, we regret not doing it earlier! We put the pool in a few years ago and could not be happier with the
outcome! It's so nice to come home and sit by waterfalls and relax. It's also a great outdoor entertainment
spot for friends and family alike ... we love being the 'go-to' house to have the best time, whether our guests
are inside or outdoors!

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We would love to continue to call Vona Way our home, but our kids are almost done with college. It has
always been our plan to move somewhere that has warm weather year-round, and we are ready to start
making that plan a reality.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...

The grounds are really something spectacular! Tons of landscaping with and lighting to enjoy at night. Multiple stone
walls give it a nice feel. Backyard is entirely fenced in with rear access for pool and lawn service. When we built the house,
we used the beauty of the natural landscape to fit the home in while still have tons of privacy. It's a dream!
