WELCOME TO "THE RIDGE OF GREENFIELD HILL"

~ The Ridge ~ is a planned community with all owners part of
its Homeowner’s Association. Unlike other neighborhoods where
residents have little or no control over the land, the streets and
other amenities, The Ridge Homeowners Association has the legal
authority to protect the features and benefits of their community.
Common property enjoyed by all owners includes a 2,400 square
foot recreation center, swimming pool, “great lawn”, lighted tennis
courts, playground, 50 acres of open space and five miles of private
roads.

Safe, quiet, private roads are secured by a gatehouse staffed
24 hours a day. Miles of bridle trails and walking paths weave
through the wooded common land and un-developed property.
The recreation amenities provide a setting for frequent social and
recreational events for children, adults and families. Casual use
of the facilities by owners as well as private parties expand the
pleasure and comfort of family life.

These are some of the tangible aspects that set The Ridge apart
from almost any other neighborhood. It is, in fact, the only
community of its kind in Fairfield. But even more important are the

“The Ridge” of Greenfield Hill is a private gated
community of 97 luxury homes, each set on two to five acres
encompassing a total of 275 acres. Eighty-seven of the homes
are within the gated entrance on Sturges Highway and ten are
on town roads surrounding the entire perimeter of The Ridge.
