3. Hosting holiday parties and end-of-year work parties in the barn.
Entertaining large groups of people is so easy here!

4. The summer yard is magical with all of the flowering plants and trees.

5. Getting to Route 7 is a breeze. So convenient!

6. Housing our multi-generational family and an au pair was very easy to do.

7. The comfortable feeling of this home is so special. You can find numerous

places to have a quiet corner or watch a movie, with a few or many. It's a
great place to gather...

8. Incredible storage everywhere! Many places to utilize on all levels of
the house.

9. The barn will be hugely missed. There was always something going on

in the barn, whether the kids with their friends, weekend guests or summer
parties.

10. Just knowing that families have loved living in this house for over 238 years
is so special. The original wide plank flooring, gorgeous fireplaces, detailed

molding, stained glass... rarely found in preserved homes.
