WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT LIVING AT 634 BEACH ROAD

Life at the Beach

• It's a super quick walk to THE BEACH! Easy access to the Beach on the
Path at the end of the road - leads to a quiet and somewhat secluded
spot between Penfield & Jennings Beach- mostly just neighbors at this
spot!

• We love our Friday Night Happy Hours! We bring our beach chairs, a little
table, tiki torches and have dinner on the beach as often as we can!
• THE BEST viewing spot for 4th of July fireworks!

The Neighborhood
• The Memorial Day parade is only a 5 minute walk away. A great Fairfield tradition!

• We've had fun hosting neighborhood parties at our house- the Open Layout and
the private backyard are great for entertaining.
• The South Benson Town Marina is only a few minutes away- where we could
conveniently moor our boat.
• It's a quick walk or bike ride to the Fairfield Town Center- great coffee shops,
restaurants, shopping, etc. It's only One Mile to the Train Station- with direct
trains to NYC or Stamford.

• We feel the Beach area was the perfect place to raise our kids, where we
felt safe to let them go to friend's homes nearby on their own.

The House

• We love the open layout- it's been great for entertaining, cooking and daily
life with our family & friends. There is always lots of natural sunlight- giving
the house an open and airy feel.
• We love our kitchen! It's located perfectly in the center of the home
making it ideal for entertaining and family living.
• We couldn't have lived without our Built-In Miele Espresso/Cappuccino
Maker! You'll love it too!!!
• The finished 3rd floor has been a great place for our kids to entertain their friends.

• We love that all 4 bedrooms are generously sized and have lots of natural light.

The Town
• The Fairfield Public Schools have been great for our kids. They have
prepared them well to get into great colleges.
• The kids were able to walk to Sherman Elementary (2 blocks away) by
themselves. Sidewalk and crossing guard along the way to get them there safely.

• R. Ludlow Middle School and Ludlow High School are approximately 1 mile
away (walk, bike or school bus). School bus stop is right outside the house.

• Fairfield is a great town for kids sports at all levels. Great soccer, baseball,
lacrosse, football and basketball programs. Lots of great after school programs
our kids took advantage of as well!
