1. Amazingly convenient location! We are literally 10 minutes (or less!)
from everything in Fairfield.

2. Our beautiful private back yard! When you go out in the morning you hear
the birds, not cars! It’s tranquil when you want just that and a wonderful place
for children to play, have friends over, to barbeque or enjoy a fire pit evening.

3. This house is made for entertaining! It has plenty of rooms, great flow. We often
have cocktails in the living room, then dinner in the dining room, and wind up
in the family room with a fire. We are the house all our children's friends felt
comfortable coming over to.

4. Our master bedroom is as nice as any luxury hotel with the huge bathroom
and closets.

5. The neighbors! Incredible friendship has blossomed and that we will miss for a
long time to come!

6. Our Lower Level and all the fun the kids can have in the playroom and the
adults in the billiard room!

7. The Kitchen … I have become the gourmet chef I always wanted to be.
Entertaining is a pleasure and the openness allows for great parties!

8. The finished 3rd floor has been amazing for guest and family who visit. They
have incredible privacy as do we.

9. Storage! We had plenty of spacious closets, cabinets, attics, basements, garages!

10. Safety and happiness! We never felt concerned for our home or family. It’s a
wonderful neighborhood! This is a special home, and we have an abundance of
happy memories here!
