About life at 66 Ohio Ave Ext

1. The home is located perfectly equidistant and close to both I95 and the Merrit

parkway. Also a quick ride to multiple train stations.

2. The block is really quiet and the neighbours are realy nice and the circle feels like a real

community. Perfect for nice evening walks especially in the fall when all the trees are
changing. We have made friends for life on this street and will be sad to leave them.

3. It is also really nice area to walk to shops and restaurants, our favorites are Dry dock,
Mykonos and Valencia and our kids love walks to Sunni Daes especially on Sunny days.

Our back yard was made for barbecuing and entertaining. Perfect shade from the tree
and lots of privacy and easy access to the kitchen. We have had some memorable 4th of
Julys there. But when not entertaining its a perfect spot to relax and unwind while

watching the kids play.

5. The garden out front has some beautiful perennial blooms that are appreciated by the
local honey bees. Our raised beds are great for herbs and veggies. Nothing is better
than getting some fresh basil from outside for pizza or pesto.

6. The street is really quiet and great for the kids to play outside and hang out with the
neighbors kids.

7. The living room is a great space and nothing is better than on a snow day lighting a fire
inside and relaxing.
