THE HOMEOWNER
Why are you moving?
We are moving to Europe to be closer to family as our children grow older. It breaks our
heart to leave this house and hope the next owners will love it as much.
Will you miss the neighborhood?
Absolutely and so will our kids. Everyone is so kind and keeps an eye out for each other. We
will miss walking around the block meeting everyone. It's a really quiet neighborhood and
its great the kids can play outside safely.
Tell me about the grounds...
It had a corner lot with a beautiful garden with flowers, herbs and veggies. When everything
is in bloom it's great to see so many bees and all the colors. The backyard is a cool oasis in
the summer with the shade of our beech tree.
What makes your property so special?
Great corner lot but quiet peaceful and the home itself is cozy and standouts in the
neighborhood. Definitely after a long day it feels awesome to walk in the door and i hope
some family will enjoy it as much as we have.
