MEET THE EXPERTS

Melissa has been destined to be a Realtor

from a young age.. she would go to open
houses on Sundays from the age of 7 with
her Mom, just for fun, and loved the story
each home told and the unique traits each

offered, as well as a vision for potential for
the ones that needed a little work. She went
on to purchase her first investment home at

25 years old and decided through the
purchasing process that Real Estate was her
passion. Melissa can relate to many first
time home buyers and help them with the

entire process. Her roots stem from Wilton
CT, so being a Fairfield County native she is
very familiar with all of the communities

and amenities it has to offer. Travelling is
very special to her and she has been to over

MELISSA 15 countries and loves to experience
different cultures, foods, people, and

languages - she is fluent in 4 languages:
MONTAGNO Portuguese, French, Spanish and English.

She grew up as first generation in the US

and found that language came naturally to
REALTOR® her as well as the ability to work and relate
