Completely renovated the Kitchen and Pantry, and built a new bar area. Also added a larger
window over the bar to bring in more natural light.
Expanded and renovated bathroom adjacent to the media room for added comfort and
functionality
Extended the patio with a full concrete foundation, added seating space, and installed a
built-in fire feature—perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Installed a natural gas generator to ensure critical areas of the home remain powered during
outages.
Added glass doors to the pool area to create better separation for safety and to define the
exercise space more clearly.
Finished the basement to offer greater flexibility and usability of the space.
Enhanced the landscaping significantly over time, including the addition of trees, perennial
plantings, and a fully fenced vegetable garden.
