4. Fun in the kitchen – Our open kitchen and large island is a center of activity for
a quick bite, homework or a place to gather with appetizers and friends.

5. Close proximity to downtown Fairfield restaurants, shops and train station as
well as the Greenfield Hill retail plaza on Hillside Road.

6. Excellent Fairfield public and private schools! Our bus stop has been the
end of our driveway for the past 12 years.

7. Walking to the Pond – Just a few steps away is another world...nature,
beauty, perfect for ice skating or fishing.

8. Low Maintenance! The entire house and yard are setup for minimal
maintenance and are beautiful throughout the year.
