Top 10 Things you will love about 3 Elizabeth Drive

1. Enjoy watching all of the different seasons in the backyard. There is a family
of bunnies that come every year and love seeing their white little tails running
through the yard.

2. My kids gained their independence because they were able to ride bikes to
school. I was comfortable with them doing that in this neighborhood and that

they were on sidewalks.

3. I like to go for runs and I am glad that there are sidewalks for me to run on

instead of in the street.

4. The oversized deck is wonderful for entertaining. We have enjoyed many

celebrations in the yard. It is also a serene spot to sit and relax knowing the kids
were safe playing soccer in the fully fenced-in yard.

5. The quiet and quaint street where kids can learn how to ride bikes and play
outside without cars driving down the road.

6. Having plenty of space when entertaining whether family or friends. The kids
always had their own space and loved spending time in the lower level…there
own private area.

7. Living on a quiet cul-de-sac. The only people who drive down our street are the
people who live here…and they are all so friendly!

8. The convenience! We are so close to shopping and restaurants in Westport,
Southport and Fairfield. And just minutes to the train station or 1-95 while still
having such a quiet neighborhood.

9. I love sitting for meals with the kids in our sunny dining room. It’s great family
time and the sun is so cheerful as we share stories with each other.

10. It is just such a fantastic family community with a diverse group of people, all who
are very kind to one another.
