Interview with the Homeowner

Q: What made you fall in love with this home?

A: We were looking for this location because we wanted to stay in this school system. When I

walked into the home, I immediately felt happy. I felt the good energy and vibes as I walked
through the house. It was so bright with all of the windows and I loved how in touch with
nature it is in the private yard. We all felt at home right from the beginning.

Q: Please describe the renovation process.

A: We have done a lot of upgrades since we bought the home. We wanted to change the look

of the front, so we refaced the front of the house, new entryway and changed the look of
the front of the garage. We are so pleased we made those changes. We renovated the first
and second floor bathrooms, installed the irrigation system, replaced the windows that
needed to be changed, new roof, replaced A/C , paved the driveway so my son can play
basketball and also a lot of landscaping over the years.

Q: Why are you moving?

A: My kids are older and now living on their own and it's time to downsize. We know another
family will love this house, yard and neighborhood as much as we have over the years.

Q: Will you miss your neighbors?

A: Yes, I have made some great friends over the past 9 years. Even though we will be moving,
we will stay in touch.

Q: Tell me about the grounds.

A: The yard has been a labor of love. We turned it into our oasis and have enjoyed it
immensely over the years. The previous owner was an avid gardener and we continued
the tranquility of the yard. We know the next family will enjoy it as much as we have.
