Q:      Tell me about the grounds:




       A:      The view of our gardens from the street, as well as from every window in the house, was very important to us.


               Having four season interest (in other words, something colorful and interesting all year round) was the main focus

               of the professional landscaping design. The blooming sequence flows from daffodils and scilla in the early spring

               to narcissus to viburnum to azaleas to iris to lilacs to tickseed to liatris to hydrangea…and a few surprises for  the

               new homeowner.   A winding simulated stream made of smooth rocks sits next to the Japanese Maple.   There is

               also a cobblestone pathway through this part of the garden.  There are Kousa Dogwoods throughout the yard…

               most are seedlings from the original at the front corner of the house.  The backyard has been left wide open for our


               kids to play and our black lab to run.
