I love this neighborhood because it feels like a vacation all year around. Even
in the wintertime, it is spectacular. I enjoyed watching the snowfall over the
sound, just as much as taking my kayak out for a ride in the summertime. The
neighborhood is private and truly a special place to live. I feel blessed every time I
drive up to my house

SURF ROAD RESIDENT
I enjoyed my many walks to the beach with my young kids, who absolutely adored
splashing in the water. Not to mention being able to have a boat in our backyard... so
many memories were made out on the water.

SAUGATUCK SHORES RESIDENT
I enjoyed the privacy of the neighborhood. I also appreciated all of my neighbors.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Some of our closest friends are our neighbors.
Commuting to New York City is so easy and when I get home, I chill out on my deck
and unwind in the salty air.
