TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 4 BLUE CHIP LANE

1. Having morning coffee on the deck, relaxing and watching the
sunrise.

2. Swimming off of the dock into the salt water/Bermuda Lagoon.

3. Swimming in the amazing backyard private pool!

4. Enjoying cozying up next to one of the four fireplaces throughout the house.

5. The privacy of having a third floor master suite! (the only bedroom on this
level)

6. Riding bikes or jogging around Saugatuck Shores. The grandkids love to
come! We will forever cherish the memories of teaching them to ride bikes or
play hopscotch on our private road.

7. Being a quick 1 hour commute to NYC! My kids used to ride their bike to

the near-by Westport train station. Now with Uber it's a 2 minute ride!

8. Watching the amazing firework display during summer holidays, from
the deck… Both Westport and Norwalk on the same night! It's a marvelous
show!

9. Enjoying cocktails on our patio, with our firepit!

10. And for us… most importantly, keeping our boat at our very own deep-water
dock. Being able to just pack up and walk down our private dock directly to the
boat made trips stress-free!
