• The simplicity of just walking down our path to cool off on our own beach on a hot summer day.
• Watching the migrating birds at rest on the Long Island Sound in the spring and fall.
• The moon glistening off the water.
• The lights glowing across the water from Long Island at night.
• Watching storms/lightening pass miles away across the Long island Sound.
• Watching dozens of July 4th fireworks’ displays over in Long Island throughout the whole summer!
• Hosting Thanksgiving dinner for a blended family of 39!
• Being able to cook while being in the middle of the festivities.
• The beach covered in white, with winter snow and sitting by our fireplace on a snowy afternoon, watching
the water react to the weather.
• Our annual Easter Egg Hunt with grandchildren in the beach grass.
• Sundown beach cocktails anytime we want.
• The most magnificent sunrises possible- makes being up super early almost worth it.
