Dear Colorado DeMolay, Friends, and Guests,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Colorado DeMolay Convention
2023 in the beautiful setting of Loveland Colorado!

Over the next few days, we will have the opportunity to engage in thought
-provoking discussions, participate in service projects, and meet members

and friends from throughout the State and Nation Whether you're pas-
sionate about leadership, community service, or just having fun, there's

something for everyone at 2023 Colorado DeMolay Convention.

Your State Master Councilors theme this year is "Be the Key to Unlock the
Future" and we believe that it encapsulates the spirit of our time. In a

world that is constantly changing, we must work together to find new so-
lutions and new ways of thinking both for the betterment of DeMolay and
society.

I look forward to talking to each one of you and to the amazing conversa-

tions, connections and fun times that will undoubtedly emerge from this
weekend.
