supervision has scheduled additional appointments for specific students throughout the
semester to provide extra support for intensive study. (Annex S3-0-4-3) details the
meetings for some students in patch 37, aimed at helping them progress and graduate
with patch 38. In the year 1444, an exhibition was organized to showcase students'
academic activities, including their graduation projects, as depicted in the attached
pictures below. A committee was established to evaluate and select the winning works.
The outstanding students who demonstrated exceptional achievements were recognized
and motivated for their efforts (Annex S3-0-4-4).
3-0-5 Students in the program are offered extracurricular activities in variety of fields to develop
their abilities and skills, and the program takes appropriate actions to support and motivate
their participation
The students of the mechanical engineering program are offered extracurricular activities
in a variety of fields to develop their abilities and skills as stated in the Program learning
Outcomes (Annex S3-0-5-1). The program takes suitable actions to support and motivate
students’ participation (Annex S3-0-5-2 Academic and Career Advising Activities Plan).
Extra-curricular activities include a variety of scientific, sporting, cultural, artistic and
literary activities (Annex S3-0-5-3 the proposed plan for the activities of Student Affairs
Deanship).
3-0-6 The program implements an effective mechanism to communicate with its alumni and
involve them in its events and activities, explore their views, and benefit from their expertise
and support; and provides updated and comprehensive databases about them.
Maintaining affinity with alumni after graduation provides invaluable, lifelong support to
higher education institutions. Therefore regular contact is maintained with the alumni
through the alumni committee. The aim is to keep them informed and engaged about the
program developments, encourage them to participate not only in the college activities but
also in its development. (Annex S3-0-6-1) presented a questionnaire to employment
agencies concerning the Mechanical Engineering graduates of Al Baha University. The
findings indicate that graduates from the MENG program possess high skills and
