Why Us?
That fella over there on the right is me, Kevin Zuppicich, the owner and
operator of Kiwi Gutter Protection. I hate photos of myself but you need to
know where the buck stops and who to deal with.
I have been involved in the gutter protection industry since 2003 and was
in both the roofing trade and associated home improvements industries
prior to then.
Over the years, I have witnessed many Kiwi’s lose their hard earned cash
by buying sub standard products and systems that just weren't able to live
up to the hype that was around them. Some of that hype has come from
shoddy sales reps and some from mass marketing from big corporations.
I have been able to source what I believe, and in my opinion and experience, are the best gutter protection
systems available anywhere in the world today. We have a range of systems designed to meet both your
budget and expectations.
All of my team have been hand picked and personally trained by me to be not only some of the most
knowledgeable in the industry, but also to be the most ethical. If our systems wont work for you, we will let
you know.
My aim is to keep prices affordable, while still providing the best products and service we possibly can.
How do we think we can achieve that?
1. Customer Satisfaction. We endeavour our best to do what we say we are going to do, when we said
we will do it. If you are happy, then you are more likely to recommend us to your friends and family
which enables us to keep our advertising costs down.
2. Pricing. We will strive to give you the best prices possible. As above, when you are happy, you tell
more people. I am a firm believer in that higher percentage profits on each job is not the right way to
do business. My accountant disagrees with me but then that’s accountants for you. The lower our
prices, the more work we get, and the more people we can keep employed. A win-win for everyone.
3. Integrity. We know that no matter what we do, something will go wrong somewhere, somehow.
While we hope this is a very infrequent occurrence, should it happen to you, then we will be open
and honest with you so that we can seek a mutually satisfying outcome.
