If a patient is admitted in an ICU/big nursing home/Hospital under Surgeon's
care minimum 50% charges should be given to that surgeon

Emergency Charges 20% additional , High risk Charges 20% additional
20% Additional charges for each upgrade of room category

Assistant Surgeon charges 25% of Surgeon charges.

Rough Way to calculate Package Charges =

Package charges for routine surgical procedures—
Surgeon charges ( x ) + OT charges ( 20% x ) + Anesthetist charges ( 25% x ) +
Hospital Stay (30% x ) + Medicines/ consumables (20% x)

Rate Revision yearly / as per committee discretion
