From the gross loan amount, $ 20,000,000 (20% disagio) remains with the Syndicated lender.
The disagio of 20% is used to repay the total loan amount in order to finance the repayment of
the net loan amount. As a result, the syndicated borrower is released from repayment of the
loan.
