7 step: "Contract Execution"

As soon as our group of companies has received the original "Letter of Intent" from the interested party, the individual contract documents are then sent in triplicate by
courier to the postal address provided by the interested party.
After receiving the individual contract documents, the interested party signs them and sends all countersigned contract documents back to our group of companies by post
in triplicate.
After our group of companies has received the contract documents countersigned in the original from the interested party, the contract is subsequently accepted by the
contracting parties concerned.
Once the contract has been accepted, the interested party will be sent a countersigned copy of the original contract by courier post.
