In addition to general information on our project financing concept, the "Memorandum" also contains a non-binding financing offer
based on the information in the "Compliance Package". Also included are further brochures with general information about our
group of companies and possible additional services, such as the establishment of a project company, etc. The following brochures
are included with the „Memorandum“:

The "memorandum" (plus attached brochures) forms the basis for
further decision-making by the prospective customer regarding
possible contract signings. The interested party has a maximum
period of 7 calendar days to make a decision on whether to accept
the content of the "Memorandum", calculated from the delivery of
the "Memorandum".
