The assets must be unencumbered economic values that represent a real, secured value and their temporary transferability / assignment for a loan / financing from the
point of view of a financier. With this option the following assets are accepted for a capitalization (financing):
exploitable assets
Precious metals
Gold, Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies
The above-mentioned assets can be financed by us with the help of monetization or a Lombard loan in order to generate the necessary equity funds for the benefit of
the borrower and his project financing from their capital generation.
