ORGANISATION / CORPORATE STRUCTURE & SPECTRUM OF ACTIVITIES:

The BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP is a globally operating group of companies consisting of several holding

structures and associated partner and member societies, whose jurisdictions have been established in various

locations around the world.

The BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP and its decision makers observe national and international markets very closely, analyze competitors’ offers, global economic

behaviour, especially those markets that include our areas of activity.

After the first company was first founded in 2014, the founders began to form the management team for the operational business area and, according to their corporate
philosophy, to transfer the various areas of activity to the member companies, based at designated, predestined locations. Internationally established and

professionally competent network platforms were integrated into the range of activities of the group of companies and adapted or expanded according to the ever-

changing parameters of the global economic market.

The organization and corporate structure is based on a globally oriented, multi-level holding structure with integrated departments, partners and member societies.
